Glean fields of ashtrays, bring in the butts;
Nicotine monkey deep down in his gut.
Man on a mission, his tools in his hands,
Gathers used cig’rettes regardless of brand.
Takes cancer sticks home, recycles the leaves;
Thrall of inhalation down on his knees.
Throw away paper, filters for the birds;
Cigarette addiction beyond absurd.
Rifle through refuse, search for valued weed;
Never expected to be in such need.
So charismatic, dapper, debonair;
Sucks on butts of others, eschews fresh air.
