Relaxing in my backyard with my sons,
Beneath star’s canopy like Bedouins
Night’s sweet music as shooting stars flare by
Twinkle of Venus, almost hear her sighs

Mars is angry, looks down with face of red
Mercury flees from view like newlyweds
Regal Jupiter with his satellites
Shares Saturn’s heavens, who’s ringed with delights

Neptune’s a cold fish, stay away from me
So much beauty in nighttime’s panoply
Glory of Luna, Selene’s gorgeous face
Shooting stars flare and burn, love to give chase

Pristine, distant suns, oh so far away,
With Illumination my heart does sway
Firmament lovely! Wish there was a way
To see your loveliness both night and day

Mars
