Thirty-three years today
My love completed me
‘Fore altar we did stand
Vowed to love endlessly

Fifty years between us
Youngsters of twenty-five
No clue of destiny
Or what in future lied

There’s seeds that fall on soil
And seeds that fall on rock
The seed we two planted
Has grown to finest stock

I’m blessed with a partner
I’m blessed that she is mine
Pledge my heart endlessly
At least till my end time.

Fear my praise is tepid
Compared to my love’s worth
For when she said, “I do,”
I gained heaven on Earth
